Today I read a bumper sticker that impressed me.
It was on the back of a glass company’s truck. The sticker was very bold in that it took a stance on the abortion issue. The part that impressed me was not the words on the sticker, but the fact that a business would take a stand and proudly proclaim one of their values to the world. This company obviously cares more about their values than they do about offending someone and losing a potential sale. Call it foolish or brash, but there is something endearing about someone or something that is willing to stand up for what they believe in spite of what others might think or do.
We have too many companies that are not willing to proclaim or even stand up for their values. We need more “bumper sticker companies” in this world! Kudos to them for proudly proclaiming one of their values to the world!
